1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hbaze website at hbaze.io, creating an account, or using any service offered through the hbaze platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and the hbaze Casino lobby — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and hbaze (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hbaze platform and close your account. Access to or continued use of hbaze after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.

hbaze reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hbaze will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The hbaze platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game on hbaze. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. hbaze operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hbaze is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence. hbaze makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to use hbaze.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) hbaze account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

2.4 Exclusions

The following individuals are not eligible to hold an hbaze account:

• Current employees, contractors, consultants, or agents of hbaze or any of its affiliated entities.
• Immediate family members of hbaze employees who reside in the same household.
• Individuals who have been permanently self-excluded from hbaze or any affiliated platform.
• Individuals previously banned from hbaze for fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full hbaze platform, you must complete the registration process via hbaze Login. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these terms.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

hbaze operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required at any time — including but not limited to: at first withdrawal, when depositing amounts above certain thresholds, or when hbaze identifies suspicious account activity — to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name, or copy of bank card showing your name).

hbaze reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days of the request may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbaze Login credentials, including your username and password. hbaze will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You must notify hbaze support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. hbaze reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or if a withdrawal triggers anti-money-laundering review procedures.

4.4 Currency

hbaze natively supports both Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). All balances, bets, and payouts are displayed in your account's selected currency. hbaze does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT or INR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.5 Anti-Money-Laundering

hbaze maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious patterns. hbaze reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report transactions to relevant authorities where AML obligations require it. Players must not use hbaze for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or converting funds of any illegal origin.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by hbaze are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 35x) and any game contribution weightings will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Real-money funds in your hbaze account are used and wagered before bonus funds in all cases.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hbaze employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all associated bonus balances and potential permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets using bonus funds to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus hedging).
• Depositing the minimum amount required to qualify for a bonus with no genuine intention of using the platform beyond that promotion.
• Using automated software or scripts to complete wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been claimed or used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. Wagering progress on an expired bonus is also forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on hbaze, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets, are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type as published in the hbaze sportsbook. It is your responsibility to review applicable rules before placing a bet. hbaze reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, where clearly erroneous odds were published, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on hbaze, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to interruption and suspension. hbaze does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets. Bets accepted before a live market suspension are settled on the basis of the actual event outcome unless stated otherwise in specific market rules.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games in the hbaze Casino lobby — including live dealer tables by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. hbaze publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles in the game information panel. The outcome of all casino games is determined solely by the underlying RNG systems and is not influenced by any party on the hbaze platform.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error on the hbaze platform, hbaze reserves the right to void all affected bets and games and return stakes to the affected players. hbaze is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond the return of the original stake. Wins resulting from a clear system error will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaze platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive hbaze through false registration information, fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of a predetermined outcome in any sporting event as a result of corrupt activity.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated software to interact with the hbaze platform on your behalf.
• Money laundering: Using the hbaze platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the illegal origin of those funds.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider for deposits that were validly processed and credited to your hbaze account.
• Harassment: Using any hbaze communication channel (live chat, support email) to threaten, abuse, or harass hbaze staff or other players.
• Vulnerability exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability, bug, or pricing error on the hbaze platform for financial gain.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hbaze platform — including but not limited to the hbaze brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbaze or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any rights in the hbaze intellectual property beyond the limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any hbaze content without prior written permission from hbaze. Unauthorised use of hbaze intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

hbaze collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an hbaze account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hbaze uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the hbaze platform. hbaze does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of operating the hbaze platform safely and legally.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbaze and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hbaze platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account access due to technical failure or player action.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the hbaze platform.
• Losses resulting from delays, interruptions, or unavailability of the hbaze platform due to maintenance, infrastructure failure, or force majeure events.

hbaze's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you to hbaze in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your hbaze account at any time by submitting a closure request through the account support dashboard after hbaze Login. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

11.2 Termination by hbaze

hbaze reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirement, or where hbaze withdraws services from a particular jurisdiction. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player.

12 Amendments

hbaze reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, hbaze will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect, via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the hbaze platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amended terms take effect. Closure requests submitted in response to a material amendment will be processed under the terms in effect at the time of the closure request.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hbaze operates as an international entertainment platform and does not make any representation that its services comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of hbaze is lawful in their location.

Any dispute between a player and hbaze that cannot be resolved through the hbaze support process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
